The clinics
The clinics treats skin diseases using UVB light.
The diseases are: Psoriasis, Vitiligo (Leucoderma), Atopic Dermatitis, Mycosis fungoides, Pruritus, Lichen planus, Photodermatoses.
The exposure time is increases every time until it reaches the right indevidual level.
In the first treatment the skin has no reaction to the light, but when the treatment time is increases the cure starts.
Too long exposure can burn the skin, like staying too much in the sun.

After the cure sometimes it is needed to continue the treatment once a week.
The treatment is included in the "health basket" of Israel, and all citizens can get it as part of the medical insurance.
Private treatments are given for 100 NIS per treatment. The price includes a doctor examination.
UVB tanning does not cause cancer, it is good for children and has no side effects of the Steroids.
The lamp we use are UVB narrowband, which are also suitable for Vitiligo.
